Seriously, I did not know that. Just did a quick Google on the new man u kit and all I could find was varying designs on sites like leakedfootballkits and the first regulator kits that came up for the new kit on the official man u site was for 2014/15.
They can't be marketing it that we'll then...

The vast majority have revealed at least on kit I believe most of those that have not are due to waiting for current contracts with suppliers/sponsors to end before launching the new ones.
I can only assume that we could be in a similar situation having changed suppliers but equally we might be just sticking our usual time frame which in 2013/14 was revealing it on 20th June going on sale 2nd July and for 2014/15 the home kit wasn't shown until early July though the away one was available a month earlier.
Either way we do historically seem to be one of the last clubs to launch their kits and with a few clubs often wearing their new strips at the end of the previous season it easy for some to think we are always late in doing it.

I must add in fairness to the club they do a great job in keeping the kits under wraps before it is launched because nearly all the others not yet released seem to have been leaked anyway.

Fair enough DJH, although I reckon as you say we are not ready to release it early probably for some good commercial / production reason. Surely if we could do so, Brady would be gagging to do it
